7        SPECIAL CONDITIONS

           7.1   Owners is responsible for providing and maintaining access to Owner's property.
                   Owner shall submit a site plan showing all buildings, utilities, septic tanks, drain
                   fields, water supplies, access to roadway, gates, fences, cattle guards and bridges.
                   Bridges shall be constructed to withstand 60,000 lbs. For there axle vehicles.

           7.2   Owner's property shall be protected by a primary fuel break, thirty (30) feet in
                   width, around all buildings.
